About Our Mattresses
Are your mattresses brand new?

Yes — every mattress is brand new, made in the USA, and CertiPUR-US certified. Nothing used or reconditioned. Our California-made mattresses are produced to order every week.
Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — free white-glove delivery and old mattress removal are included with every purchase throughout Sonoma and Marin counties, including Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Healdsburg, Windsor, Guerneville, and Marin County.
Why are prices lower than Mattress Firm or Sleep Number?

As a small, family-owned showroom, we have flexibility the chains don't. There's no national ad spend, no quota-driven sales floor, and Lori works directly with every customer. Most people find our pricing notably better than what big-box retailers quote for comparable mattresses.

How long does delivery take?

Most inventory is available for immediate or next-day delivery. Special orders typically arrive within one week.
Do you offer organic or eco-friendly mattresses?

Yes. Chattam & Wells uses natural Talalay latex and Joma wool, and is Oeko-Tex certified. Diamond Mattress is GREENGUARD Gold certified, independently verified for low chemical emissions — ideal for families with allergies or environmental concerns.
